Danielle Fox represents individuals and families who have been seriously injured due to the negligence of others. Since becoming licensed in Texas in 2016, Danielle has dedicated her practice to helping everyday people stand up to large corporations and insurance companies when the playing field is not level.
Danielle grew up in Verdigris, Oklahoma, a small town outside of Tulsa. From an early age, she knew she wanted to become a lawyer so she could be a voice for people when they needed someone to stand up for them. That goal continues to guide her work today as she advocates for injured clients during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
She attended the University of Oklahoma, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts, and later received her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. While in law school, Danielle served as President of the Animal Law Association.
Danielle focuses her practice on personal injury litigation, where she fights for people who find themselves facing powerful corporations and insurance carriers. She believes strongly that injured clients deserve someone willing to level the playing field and pursue the full compensation they need to move forward.
Many of Danielle’s cases stand out to her because of the people behind them—good individuals who were seriously injured and initially believed their situation was hopeless. One case she will never forget involved a young EMT and father who suffered severe injuries in a collision with an 18-wheeler. In the moments after the crash, fearing he might not survive, his only thought was to keep his expression calm so his family would not see how frightened he was. The trucking company initially resisted taking responsibility, but Danielle fought hard for her client and ultimately secured a substantial settlement for him and his family. Cases like this are a daily reminder of why her work matters.
Danielle has been recognized for her work in personal injury law, including being named Best Lawyers of San Antonio from 2018–2021 and Top 40 Under 40 from 2021–2025. She is also a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA).
Originally from Oklahoma, Danielle has lived in Houston, San Antonio, and the Dallas–Fort Worth area since moving to Texas. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, attending sporting events, and spending time with her husband and their two dogs.
