When I was rear-ended I immediately went to my chiropractor's office for treatment. I prefer to use 'natural' treatment (adjustments, physical therapy, etc.) rather than medication, surgeries, etc., when it's possible. I was surprised to learn that the insurance companies won't cover that kind of treatment. My doctor gave me a list of attorneys who work with individuals involved in accidents so that they can receive the treatment they choose - not what the insurance company chooses. Anderson Injury Lawyers was the firm that I chose. From the very beginning, they were very friendly and knowledgeable and, most importantly, were great at keeping me informed and responding promptly to any phone calls or emails I sent. They were able to get all of my treatments paid for (at a reduced rate) and helped me work through problems I was having with the car repairs and coverage on a rental. My case manager was very helpful in getting preapproval for medical visits so I did not have to worry about payment which was settled at the end directly between the firm and the medical facility. I was able to get some appointments near my home with facilities of my choosing. The law firm got me the maximum insurance award possible so I was extremely satisfied. For me, the whole process took about 6 months mostly due to therapy. I highly recommend Anderson Injury Lawyers and would definitely use them again.

I am SO thankful for this team. My husband and I had a really bad accident where our car got totaled and I was taken to the hospital.
