I was rear ended at school in a parking building by this truck and my poor mini cooper was unfortunately damaged and i got whiplash from the impact. Thankfully the truck owner quickly admitted fault and gave over their insurance and from there, without even requesting for them i was assigned to Anderson Injury lawyers right away and they helped set up my case from day one. We did everything over the phone so i didn't need to go to any offices or make appointments. They set up the plan to get the fee for the damage of my car, the appointments with the chiropractor and then to get an MRI for my neck. I was reluctant to even get any medical help but they insisted and warned me that if i had any unchecked issues it could worsen and so i did. Thankfully there wasn't anything too serious and with a couple weeks of adjustments i got much better. The lawyers would call me frequently to check in on me throughout the whole process. I felt very well taken care of through the whole thing. They even sent me a package with a folder with information i needed and a blanket. I got all medical costs and costs to fix my car covered and i didn't need to pay anything out of pocket. Even the chiropractor i was working with told me they were a great company when i informed him of them. I ended up with medical costs reduced and a larger payout as well from the insurance company because of them. Hopefully i wont be in any more accidents in the future but if i was i would want to work with them again. Thank you!

They followed up at every step to know what was going on and what to expect. I was referred by my Chiropractor and what a wonderful recommendation! Side note, was having so much trouble dealing with the other party’s insurance and getting the ball rolling, was super stressful, as soon Kimberly and Jenna took over, within 24 hrs, I had a rental and my vehicle was picked up to be worked on, and I know longer had to be involved as they took over from there and I was able to heal and get back to my everyday life without a worry in the world! I am SO thankful for this team. My husband and I had a really bad accident where our car got totaled and I was taken to the hospital. We were pretty banged up and stressed because we were out of a car and had no idea what to do next to take care of our injuries. Mark’s team came in and saved us of SO much stress! They were always so willing to help and answer any questions we had throughout the process (which was a very long process).
