It has been a long grueling almost 3 years since I was the victim of a hit and run car accident. Never in a million years did I think I would have to even fathom the thought of taking my own insurance company to court to have my medical bills taken care of especially since I was a veteran and a member with them for 24 years. Twice now, Anderson injury lawyers came to my aid and handled my cases with the utmost compassion and professionalism! My first car accident was in 2014, I was sitting still waiting for a light and another car ran their light causing a collision with one going straight and they both knocked me down the hill! Mark Anderson handled that case directly with the upmost professionalism, compassionate care and found a top-notch doctor in Dallas, who performed surgery for my shoulder. I am forever grateful for his professionalism and the way that he cares so much about his clients! This most recent car accident was in Dec of 2021 and was a hit and run. Cole Mcneil was my initial lawyer and I could not have been in better hands. He made sure that I had the utmost care for my medical needs and he also found an incredible mental health, professional counselor for my anxiety. He did everything in his power to try to get this worked out with my insurance company directly but they were not cooperative. I have to say, Mark Anderson has an incredible team of professionals ready to handle your case at every level all the way to the courthouse, if need be! Shout out to Cole for his resilience and can-do attitude! If my case could've been solved at this level, I feel 100% confident it would've been with Cole as my guide. Unfortunately, as some cases do, mine had to go to litigation & that's when I met John Groce and his team of professionals. I felt right at ease with my initial consultation with him, and I knew that I could pick up the phone or send an email at any time and he would be there to assist me and answer my questions. He was always available to me and that really helped to ease my nerves. We were able to finally get this case resolved through mediation. Praise God it did not have to go to court. The mediator they used was top-notch. Everything was done by zoom interview, just my attorney John Groce, the mediator and me. I had a wonderful phone call with John before the mediation. He did a great job explaining everything to me so I was 100% informed, comfortable and ready to go! I never had to go into the office and that was a big stress reliever as well. Last July I was involved in a horrible car accident. I got rear-ended by an 18 wheeler and thrown into a second 18 wheeler. I sustained numerous injuries, I could barely walk, my head and neck hurt so bad I couldn't even think, I had an awful ache in my back. This is absolutely the most terrifying experience of my life. I had no idea how to navigate this as I have never even been in an accident. Thankfully a person close to my family gave me Cole McNeils phone number. Looking back, this was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. I remember my first conversation with Cole, it was very different than the other attorneys I had spoke to that day (from different Injury Law Firms), his only concern was my health and mental wellbeing. He assured me we would find out what was wrong and I would get the treatment I needed. I was Immediately contacted by different doctors to make appointments to be seen. My case manager Emma Lindsey reached out immediately to let me know that I had nothing to worry about, they would take care of everything. She also let me know that I could contact her anytime if I ever needed anything even if I needed to talk. (And she meant it because I have even texted her on the weekends and at night and she has always responded!) Mr. Anderson even reached out and sent me a packet of information I could refer to through this process to help me navigate this which I appreciated and have found very helpful. I have been in treatment now for a year, I have had multiple procedures/surgeries and Cole and Emma have been amazing every step of the way. I feel so blessed to have found Anderson Injury. I really wanted to give a 5 star rating but there were just a few things I thought could have been handled differently. The consultation process took no time within the hour they were accepting my case and taking everything off of my hands. I was in a wreck May of last year needed surgery and didn’t know how to proceed Anderson injury lawyers immediately made sure my surgery was scheduled and started all the processes. Emma and Rachel were a great team. They both responded to all my questions in a decent time frame which was a lot because I like to have an answer for everything. I did feel at times there were times things weren’t communicated between the case manager and attorney. A couple things fell through the cracks which is common and not a big deal and there was one small miscommunication. Other than that I would recommend Anderson injury lawyers to anyone in need.

They helped me out so much when I got rear ended by a commercial cab company. I waited a month to call due to me being naive and believing the insurance company would treat me kindly. I am so thankful for Mark and his Case Manager, Stephanie. I was t-boned by a drunk driver back in March. I initially wasn't experiencing pain. A few days later when pain started to set in I was getting the run around by the insurance companies on what to do. Anderson law firm is amazing! I was involved in a head on collision that was that was not my fault. It happened January 12, 2023. My car was a total loss and I had an extremely painful leg injury from my air bags. I went to the emergency room but there was nothing they could do at the time. Nothing was broken but I had a severe contusion below my knees. I could barely move for over 2 weeks due to the swelling in my lower legs. I missed work and this continued on for months. I still occasionally have pain. The day after the accident I notified my insurance company and the company of the other driver that caused the accident. Right from the beginning my insurance company was not much help. I was instructed to call the other drivers insurance and handle everything on my own. From the moment I had my car towed everything was an argument with the other insurance company. After a few months the medical bills were rolling in. Their insurance did not want to help with the medical bills until I signed a release stating I would not ask for anymore medical coverage. The insurance adjuster I spoke with was rude and mocked my injury and said it was just a bruise. I was still injured and having issues without proper medical tests to determine as to why I was having so much pain. This was due to no one will touch a car accident patient without cash up front. All Urgent care could tell me was to beware of a DVT. I was in pain, scared, and feeling hopeless. A friend at work recommended Cole McNiel with Anderson Law Firm. I made an appointment and spoke with Cole and his assistant Stephanie. They were very kind and caring about the situation. He saw my leg and got me into see a doctor immediately. Cole said his main objective was to get me medical treatment then he would deal with the insurance company. He said not to worry he would make sure everything was taken care of. I was tested and found to have a large hematoma about the size of a softball on my leg. I received the treatment I needed. Anderson law firm kept their word and handled everything. They communicated with me and always kept me informed. They had no obligation to step up and help me but they did and I will forever be greatful!

I went for a little ride on my electric bike I was crossing a sidewalk to go to another sidewalk I got hit by someone not paying attention throwing me into the street about 15 feet away . I honestly can only say positive things about this company. I have never been in an accident, let alone one with a neck and spine injury. My mother in law recommended this company and I am so grateful she did. I barely had to do anything other than show up to my appointments and send any proof of my injuries. The rest they did. It took 6 months for my case from start to end with pay out. That is a HUGE turn around time. Overall I am very happy with my experience with Anderson Law. A big thank you to Emma who constantly was there to answer all of my emails and calls. As well as constantly updating me. I will be coming back and referring all friends and family to this company.
