Anderson Injury Lawyers have been amazing since day one. Honestly, my only regret is not knowing about them 10 years ago if they were around. Last year my wife and I were in a very bad accident which totaled our car and left us both with lingering injuries. Great service overall. They helped us navigate a pretty nasty accident and dealt with both insurance companies on our behalf. They were always polite and forthcoming with any and all information they had for us at any given time.The only reason I took a star away was due to one incident at the end where I requested some documents before getting my final settlement and I did not receive them in a timely manner. I asked multiple times and only when I told them that I would not sign until I had the documents did they get sent over.But that one blip was the only time I ever had an issue with them. Other than that, they were fully professional and handled everything wonderfully. I was injured in a a car accident five years ago while living in DFW and retained Mark Anderson and his team after being referred by a friend.At first, I was hesitant to retain an attorney because I had never been in this situation before, but looking back, I am so glad I did.I was contacted by Mr. Anderson directly several times, including Zoom calls.
